It took years for us to get here - and thank goodness we finally did! The apartment astonished us ... The binder supplied so much information ... This was our first experience renting a “gîte” and I fear you have spoiled us for ever renting elsewhere. This is the benchmark!
The Minervois surpassed our expectations. Two weeks of pursuing tiny roads and we feel we have just scratched the surface.

We were all entranced with the scenes around every corner in the villages...
You have overlooked nothing in making your roomy gîte handy and home-like.
Every contact we have made with the people living here has been a happy experience - they were all so patient and pleasant, dealing with our laughable language attempts!

We miss the apartment, miss the bells, miss the sunshine, the wind, miss "no bugs", miss cycling along the canal and through the countryside, miss the markets, miss the olives, cheese and wine and sausage and pastry and ham .... We'll be back - you can count on it!
As soon as we landed [in Canada], we agreed we should just see the kids and fly back. The peacefulness, quietness, beauty, hospitality and the people made it a truly remarkable experience!
We cannot speak highly enough of the unbelievably detailed and thoughtful and comfortable accommodation.
