AVAILABILITY CHARTS are updated with every booking
We accept a minimum booking of two weeks at any time of the year, unless there is a single week available.Rentals run Saturday to Saturday (each date below is a Saturday).
- Dates booked and confirmed in light blue typeface
- Requested but unconfirmed dates in red typeface
- All dates available in black typeface
- Any dates not being made available will be indicated with pink typeface
- Dates in green indicate the beginning of each two-week period in July, August and September. These will change if someone books more than two weeks.

Rates for 2010, 2011 & 2012
We will be raising the rates for 2012; however, anyone who books and pays the 25% deposit before the end of September 2010 will have the rates shown below

Lou Recantou easily accommodates 6 guests, but the price structure varies according to the number of guests and there is a discount for bookings of 3 weeks or more. See below.

L'Ancien Pressoir
L'Ancien Pressoir easily accommodates 4 guests. As with Lou Recantou, rates are determined by the number of guests and there is a discount for bookings of 3 weeks or more. See below.

Long-term discounts, applied to the entire period booked:
3 weeks: 10%.
4 weeks: 15%.
5 weeks: 20%.
6-8 weeks: 25%.
Bookings of 9-12 weeks will be discounted by 33.3%.
Included in the rental fee:
- All linens, provided fresh each week
- Electricity
- Heating
- Exclusive use of pool (Lou Recantou guests)
- Computer with ADSL and DVD player
- Use of telephone
- Bicycles (Lou Recantou guests have first choice)
- taxe de séjour (daily guest tax paid by owners in France)
Not included in the rental price:
- weekly cleaning (including changing of bed linens, if desired)
- long-distance telephone calls
We accept payment in various currencies, in addition to euros. Please ask us for details.
Canadians may make a deposit to our account in Canada.
