L 'Ancien Pressoir

is an old stone cottage in the Minervois, especially renowned for its full-bodied red wines. The single-storey village house has been renovated by the Canadian owners, Tim and Susan Wallis, who live in the adjacent (but separate) house.





L'Ancien Pressoir, also adjacent to our house, with its own entry, was converted from an old wine-pressing barn.
