Another wonderful month in your cottage. It has gone so quickly.
Elizabeth & David, Texas, Sept/Oct 2010
A splendid piece of heaven . . . ! There's so much that we've seen and so much more we haven't . . .
Hale family, Ontario, Aug. 2010
We've felt as comfortable here as in our own home . . . . We were amazed how perfectly the kitchen was outfitted. It was a pleasure to use.
>Carol and Don, Toronto, September 2010
Our 8th visit to Lou Recantou . . . . We're back for 3 weeks next year . . . . Lou Recantou is truly a home from home and the area is magical.
Dave & Dawn, Wales, June/July 2010
Our 5th visit here . . . . Visits to our favourite vineyards and restaurants filled our fortnight, along with relaxing hours spent by the pool.
Fran, Paul and Claire, England, July/August 2010
Thank you for your expert & careful attention to detail & the comfort of your guests.
Jan & Ed, Michigan, July 2010
The cottage is so well appointed with every modern convenience known to mankind. ...a luxurious retreat that makes it difficult at times to go out touring. Deciding where to tour was easy as you have every book and brochure to help make those decisions.

. . . . the recipe for a perfect vacation. Just add our glowing comments to all those who have come before.
Cynthia and Graham Fligg, Port Moody, B.C., April/May 2008
You couldn't ask for a better equipped gîte than Lou Recantou - your photos don't do it justice.
Angus Davidson, March/April 2008
[Lou Recantou] has exceeded our expectations in every way, so we are coming back again next year for 4 weeks.
Joan and Jim Wood, Halifax, N.S., February/March 2008
We really enjoyed our month cycling in France and to end it with a last week at the villa doing short rides, reading and relaxing by the pool was just perfect.
Ravi & Anne, July 27 2007
There isn't much to say that hasn't already been said by all the others, so very simply put, I will just say, "It was lovely, lovely, lovely." ... we loved it ALL.
Barbara Allan & Ron Klapowich, Windsor, Ontario, June 2007
. . . . there are no words to describe our pleasure with the little stone cottage . . . . enticing book-shelf, beautiful sitting area and well-equipped kitchen...comfy bed . . . . Everything was delightful, perhaps even nicer than advertised . . . . the two of us couldn't have been more comfortable in our own home. We appreciated the binder full of information on the area . . . .
Pat & Bill Watson, Whitehorse, Yukon, February/March 2007

I have put a photo of myself on my desktop, sitting reading the paper (the Midi Libre) on the terrace, with lunch on the table, wine in the glass and the sun beaming down. Every time I get stressed, I look at the picture and say to myself, "What a wonderful place; in only 15 short months I'll be back."

A perfect home from which to explore this wonderful part of France.
Jane, Ontario, April 2006
Amazing cycling - wish we had more time.

Lou Recantou is the nicest gîte any of us have stayed in. Every comfort (including gastronomic) was at the tip of our fingers. Minervois has become our favourite wine; its fragrant bouquet, its long, long "legs", beautiful purple colour and smooth, rich, taste.
